A customer service software solutions provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Resource Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing creative solutions to deescalate our caller's concerns
• Taking inbound and outbound phone calls and answering any inquiries
• Offering support and an empathetic ear while working with our patients

Required Skills:

• The Certification class will begin, Monday, July 30, 2018
• Must commit to a minimum of 30 hours a week
• You have compassion for people dealing with a medical diagnosis
• Must be comfortable setting up and operating a computer system
