A company that provides healthcare clients access to a flexible workforce of virtual care clinicians is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Sales Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring, training, motivating, and leading a world-class sales team
- Fostering high-quality customer relationships and generating high impact, multi-million dollar sales
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy and contribute to overall business strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Passion and experience recruiting, developing, and managing a world-class sales organization
- 10+ years of experience in go-to-market roles at top healthcare and healthcare technology companies
- Experience in a startup environment and a hands-on, self-directed drive to get things done
- A proven sales hunter, closer, and leader with deep enterprise experience
- Experience defining new sales motions and establishing structure and rigor around a go-to-market strategy
- C-suite relationships at a combination of providers, payers, and employers
