Job Summary

A healthcare implementation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Senior Contracts Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Using templates, draft new contracts
  • Review and respond to redlines of templates by clients
  • Obtain any required approvals for changes to templates

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience supporting a software and/or subscription business
  • Previous experience with HIPAA and Business Associate Agreements
  • Experienced in calculating pro-rations for pricing
  • Ability to distinguish between various solution offerings and what contract should be used
