Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Virtual Healthcare Senior Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention within assigned book of accounts
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to tailor a long-term success plan
  • Mitigate attrition risks by identifying product gaps

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Conduct quarterly on-site performance reviews
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, managed care, commercial insurance, EMR sales or implementation  
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively navigate conflict  
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of an extended, cross-functional team
