Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare organization has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Service Desk Specialist 1.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing first-level response to customers
- Providing Tier I service and support by quickly triaging incoming contacts
- Resolving issue if able or assign to Tier II and or route to a 2nd level group for resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- HS Diploma Required
- 0-2 years Experience in a service desk environment as would typically be acquired in 0 to 2 years
- 0-2 years Experience with the electronic health record
- Great communication skills
