Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare system has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Service Line Finance Operations Director in Saint Paul.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Taking ownership for all financial aspects of operations and performance
• Facilitating an understanding of SL operating and financial performance
• Playing a leadership role on SL leadership team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Position offers some ability to telecommute
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• 7 or more years of finance experience including support of an operations leader
• 3 or more years of leadership experience
• Strong demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills and experience
• Ability to synthesize financial and operating data into concise and actionable information
