Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Solutions Customer Success Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting and validating ROI/Value for each account
- Building multi-threaded relationships at mid and C-suite levels
- Managing renewal rate with increase in contract dollars versus a write down
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more years
- Experience in Bookings, CRM, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Renewals, and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Bachelors
