Job Summary
An integrated healthcare services and products company is in need of a Remote Specialty Portfolio Product Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping product teams deeply understand customer/user behavior, pain points, desires
- Partnering with product managers through discovery to validate both problems and solutions
- Creating low and high-fidelity designs and prototypes for new experiences
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel (once that’s safe again)
- A degree in human factors, psychology, design or equivalent real-world experience
- 5-7 years experience in end-to-end experience design
- Clear grasp of best practices for designing web and mobile products
- IA, journey mapping, and interaction design chops and proficiency with the relevant tools
- Ability to facilitate basic user research and usability testing
