Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Strategic Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel within assigned clients
  • Create a solution based strategy for each assigned client
  • Maintain a scheduled meeting cadence for each assigned client

Position Requirements Include:

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to craft business solutions to complex business problems
  • Proven track record of establishing strong relationships with all ranges within a client up to the “C” level roles
  • 5+ years hands-on experience and demonstrated success managing multiple key client accounts
  • 3+ years sales experience preferably in medical software
  • Must be data driven as reporting and analytical skills are key to success
