Job Summary

A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Strategic Development and Planning Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving and participating in multiple aspects of organization's Strategy, including strategy development and planning, supporting key matrix partners in analysis, strategic insights, and setting priorities / areas of focus
• Supporting the design, planning, and execution of strategy that sets organization on path to success, requiring partnership and face off with critical leaders of the business such as the President and Senior Leadership Team
• Taking inputs from internal and external stakeholders, competitive intelligence, market insights and synthesize (not just summarize) that ‘so what’ so we can plan for the ‘now what’

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of work experience, including consulting or strategy experience
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced matrix driven environment
• Fluency in foundational business acumen, especially finance, operations, and general management
• Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization and develop trusted working partnership’s with internal and external business partners
• Proven exceptional executive presence in written and verbal communications, particularly presentations
