Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Talent Management Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and facilitating development and deploying best in class talent programs
  • Collaborating with leaders across the enterprise to align workforce strategies and recommending talent strategies
  • Serving as consultant to HR and leaders by identifying talent development opportunities

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience
  • 3 years of experience required
  • 7+ years in related field, with experience deploying large scale systemic programs and some experience technology configuration
