Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Technology Benefits Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the strategic design, implementation and plan administration of our global benefits
  • Supporting the open enrollment process around total rewards
  • Managing vendor/partner relationships for all benefit service providers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of benefits experience, with advanced knowledge in benefits plan design and administration
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in benefits programs
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment
  • Great organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency
