Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Workforce Management Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing analytical input related to call handle time/call volume to continuously improve forecasts and plans
• Maintaining headcount requirements for each plan and works closely with director to ensure staffing is adequate
• Providing daily plans to meet service levels as needed

Required Skills:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years experience
• Ability to support scheduled and ad hoc reporting
• Ability to support system integrity by communicating any known issues
