- Developing and managing project plans to achieve organizational goals
- Influencing change for stakeholders to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
- Assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions
- 3 + years of project management experience with HEDIS® or other health care activities
- 3 + years of project management experience with software implementation/data migration
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
