Job Summary
A healthcare organization has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answer and log all requests for assistance
- Provide complete and accurate information for all tickets entered into the Service Desk software
- Provide prompt, courteous and professional support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office product suite
- Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows XP or later)
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
