Job Summary

A healthcare organization has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer and log all requests for assistance
  • Provide complete and accurate information for all tickets entered into the Service Desk software
  • Provide prompt, courteous and professional support

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associates in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office product suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows XP or later)
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
