Job Summary

A technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Help Desk Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide superior client experience when solving business technology problems
  • Troubleshoot various user issues using remote control technologies
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients on the phone

Required Skills:

  • Must be willing to be available to work a rotating roster which includes weekends
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • 2 years experience in basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Entry-level knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating system
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group
  • Ability to multitask and work with limited supervision a must
