Job Summary

A global provider of consulting services to the public sector and commercial markets is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remopte Help Desk Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing phone, email, web, and in-person support to users
  • Serving as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, computer systems, and printer problems
  • Resetting passwords, assigning problems via email to corresponding team, entering service change requests via SNOW/AWS

Required Skills:

  • High School or GED
  • 2 years of experience
  • 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
  • U.S. Citizen or Green card
  • Successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation
