Job Summary
An IT service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Help Desk Supervisor in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Help perform Help Desk duties similar to that of the help desk specialist, including directly handling customer inquiries
- Directly supervise the Help Desk staff, analyze and prepare reports on trends in customer inquiries/requests for assistance
- Work with the on-site Federal Technology Specialist to implement off-the-shelf technology solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two year supervisory experience
- Five years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Three years work experience in a field or discipline related to help desk or call center operations
