Job Summary

An IT service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Help Desk Supervisor in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

  • Help perform Help Desk duties similar to that of the help desk specialist, including directly handling customer inquiries
  • Directly supervise the Help Desk staff, analyze and prepare reports on trends in customer inquiries/requests for assistance
  • Work with the on-site Federal Technology Specialist to implement off-the-shelf technology solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Two year supervisory experience
  • Five years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Three years work experience in a field or discipline related to help desk or call center operations
