Job Summary

An information technology staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Help Desk Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring incoming issues, determining root cause and either fixing or escalating into Incident Management System
  • In-depth technical troubleshooting of software, and connectivity issues for remote employees
  • Working closely with the appropriate teams to resolve or properly close aging tickets

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to maintain focus on new, incoming issues while continuing to work on existing tasks
  • Ability to deduce obscure problems within complicated distributed systems Diligence, alertness
  • Comfortable supporting a wide range of end-user issues
  • Able to provide outstanding customer service to users with a wide range of backgrounds and technical abilities
  • Adaptability; comfortable in a constantly changing environment
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and follow-thru to completion
