A company that focuses on making the divorce process of child support easier is filling a position for a Remote Helpdesk Customer Support Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or live chat
- Accurately identify and resolve users’ issues using problem-solving skills
- Independently handle routine and more complex customer inquiries with a goal of timely resolution
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must demonstrate dependability and initiative
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure accuracy and quality of customer account information
- Ability to effectively maneuver through multiple systems
- Ability to work from home in a designated office space
- Available to work 20+ hours per week with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Fluent in English
