Job Summary
A technology solution group needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Helpdesk Level 2 Support in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting network print issues
- Understanding user authentication, permissions, and encryption, and best practices
- Working with NOC and Central IT management or daily instructions and task list
Position Requirements Include:
- Candidate will have at least 3+ years experience IT support
- Previous experience as desktop support and/or hardware technician
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
- Knowledge of various Windows operating systems, setup, deployment and troublshooting
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
