Job Summary

A technology solution group needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Helpdesk Level 2 Support in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshooting network print issues
  • Understanding user authentication, permissions, and encryption, and best practices
  • Working with NOC and Central IT management or daily instructions and task list

Position Requirements Include:

  • Candidate will have at least 3+ years experience IT support
  • Previous experience as desktop support and/or hardware technician
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
  • Knowledge of various Windows operating systems, setup, deployment and troublshooting
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
