A premiere web hosting company is seeking a Remote Helpdesk Support Representative I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Turning every customer into a brand advocate by delivering a remarkable support experience
- Getting technical and providing creative solutions for complex user problems
- Going the extra mile to fulfill client support requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Company events - previous events included Summer BBQ, holiday party, whirlyball, bowling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with common web hosting services (Apache HTTP, FTP, SSH, MySQL, DNS)
- Have patience and perseverance to provide technical support to non-technical users
- Some experience with PHP, CSS, web server configuration, Linux CLI and PowerShell
- Familiarity with WordPress and running a website is required
