Job Summary

A premiere web hosting company is seeking a Remote Helpdesk Support Representative I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Turning every customer into a brand advocate by delivering a remarkable support experience
  • Getting technical and providing creative solutions for complex user problems
  • Going the extra mile to fulfill client support requests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Company events - previous events included Summer BBQ, holiday party, whirlyball, bowling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with common web hosting services (Apache HTTP, FTP, SSH, MySQL, DNS)
  • Have patience and perseverance to provide technical support to non-technical users
  • Some experience with PHP, CSS, web server configuration, Linux CLI and PowerShell
  • Familiarity with WordPress and running a website is required
