Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Helpdesk Support Technician in Atlanta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with and provide support in a multitude of environments including Windows server infrastructure, AD and group policy, Exchange
  • Provide support for Office365, google apps, Citrix Xendesktop and Xenapp, VMware and Vsphere, firewalls, switches & access points
  • Serve as a point of escalation for our support team

Required Skills:

  • Both Mac and PC skills
  • Natural troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate empathetically, logically, and clearly in a boatload of different situations
  • Calm under pressure, graceful under fire, and able to bring the funk at all times
