Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Helpline Specialist II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Address crisis situation with callers when necessary
- Meet with a supervisor for consultation on a regular basis
- Document contacts with callers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years' experience in addiction and/or family treatment
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, human services, or closely related field
- Cultural awareness, sensitivity and counseling competency
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
