A health IT solutions company has a current position open for a Remote High Reliability Organization Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create project plan and manage the project
• Assess project needs and monitor schedules
• Drive HRO program development strategy

Required Skills:

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 8 years experience
• Understanding and experience of health industry HRO principles, practices, standards
• Ability to maintain a unified, high performing interdisciplinary team
• Ability to participate in HRO portfolio review and other processes
• Ability to adapt program management processes across HRO programs
