Job Summary

A business strategy and consulting services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote High Reliability Organization Subject Matter Expert Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Analyzing relevant healthcare data from MHS systems
Developing tools and leading practices to support MTF providers improve patient care
Prioritizing quality, drive integration, and manage dependencies and risk across the transformation

Position Requirements Include:

Expert in healthcare high reliability organization principles
Master’s or Doctor of Medicine Degree
Expert at strategic relationship management
Knowledge of healthcare business rules, operations, and needs
Knowledge of and experience with current MHS Governance construct and procedures
10 – 15 years of combined experience in DoD and/or DoD Military Healthcare experience in managing and administering performance improvement projects
