Job Summary
A business strategy and consulting services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote High Reliability Organization Subject Matter Expert Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing relevant healthcare data from MHS systems
- Developing tools and leading practices to support MTF providers improve patient care
- Prioritizing quality, drive integration, and manage dependencies and risk across the transformation
Position Requirements Include:
- Expert in healthcare high reliability organization principles
- Master’s or Doctor of Medicine Degree
- Expert at strategic relationship management
- Knowledge of healthcare business rules, operations, and needs
- Knowledge of and experience with current MHS Governance construct and procedures
- 10 – 15 years of combined experience in DoD and/or DoD Military Healthcare experience in managing and administering performance improvement projects
