- Managing the entire Recruiting Process effectively from start to finish
- Creating robust talent sourcing strategies specific to each role
- Conducting thorough pre-screening for functional experience and overall company/cultural fit
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-5 years of fast-paced, high-volume non-exempt/hourly role recruiting experience
- Experience working as a consultative partner to hiring leaders
- Talent sourcing skills and ability to bring passive candidates into the pipeline
