Job Summary
A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Higher Education Senior Account Executive in Bridgeport.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating online or onsite product demos with pre-sales consultants to qualified prospects
- Leveraging a consultative sales approach to identify prospect needs
- Exceeding sales quote for assigned territory
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel to trade shows, regional roundtables and onsite prospect and/or client visits, 50% travel
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to manage a healthy and accurate pipeline
- Understanding of financial terms, business processes and value selling
