Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote HIM Customer Service Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering phone calls in a timely, proficient manner
- Understanding and establishing authority of the caller prior to discussing PHI
- Reviewing authorizations for ROI to ensure all elements are met
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
- 1+ years working in a HIM department or similar or or 1+ years in a High Volume Call Center
- Ability to meet productivity and quality goals/standards as set by the Department
