Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote HIS Adoption Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Assisting customers with implementing software
Troubleshooting customer issues and working to a successful resolution
Ensuring continuous optimization of workflows and use of the software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of seven (7) years in Healthcare or customer service
Two (2) combined years in customer service or account management experience
In-depth knowledge of the health information industry as related to the physician
Familiarity with EMR systems, implementation and physician training for same
Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows
