Job Summary

A mortgage lending company is in need of a Remote HMDA Analyst and Reporting Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met implementing the new HMDA rule
• Conducting monthly HMDA data integrity reviews and communicating findings and recommendations
• Completing HMDA quality control reviews of residential mortgage files

Qualifications Include:

• 2-3 years of mortgage industry experience with 2 years in Compliance
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Strong working knowledge of Regulation C
• Able to successfully manage multiple, concurrent tasks within established timelines
