Job Summary
A consumer goods and home décor company is filling a position for a Remote Home Goods Customer Experience Lead.
Must be able to:
- Monitor email, chat and phone to ensure our Customer Experience team is delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure all inbound communications are responded to within 24 hours
- Manage communication, engagement, and resolution on external review platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-4 years working in a customer service position
- Experience with customer service software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with back-end operations, comfortable learning new tools and technology
