A not-for-profit healthcare system is in need of a Remote Home Health Speciality Program Coordinator in Springfield.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining ongoing contact with health care organizations and medical community
  • Facilitating home health services
  • Participating in the initiation of Agency services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • 1 year experience as professional nurse within the last 3 years
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations desirable
