Job Summary
A provider of installed home improvements is in need of a Remote Home Improvement Call Center Customer Service Associate in El Paso.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring every customer receives superior service
- Answering incoming customer service calls
- Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- High Speed Internet is a must to accommodate working remote
