Job Summary
A home loan and mortgage provider is in need of a Remote Home Loan Senior Processor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Processing FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs
- Calculating accurately income for all types of borrowers
- Requesting, reviewing and verifying all loan documents to ensure complete and accurate information before sending to underwriting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years' experience processing mortgage loans
- Current experience processing purchase loans
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs
- Equity Lines of Credit, 2nd Mortgages, Home Improvement, down payment assistance and bond programs
- Demonstrate working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulations
- Advanced ability to analyze complex tax returns accurately calculate income for all types of borrowers
