Job Summary
A major financial and banking institution is seeking a Remote Home Mortgage Wholesale Document Manager in Tennessee Ridge.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the mortgage loan documentation utilized by Wholesale Home Mortgage is accurate and compliant with applicable state and federal regulations
- Collaborating with document vendors, Wholesale Operations Management, Wholesale Sale, Legal and other internal colleagues
- Auditing initial disclosure packages, closing packages and other loans documents ensuring proper documents are generated according to policy
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-7 Years relevant mortgage experience with prior experience in Compliance, Legal, Document Vendor Management or Product Development
- Proven knowledge of mortgage loan disclosures and documents
- Ability to problem solve by assessing and identifying root causes and coordinating with internal and external partners to quickly resolve issues
- High School or Equivalent (GED)
- Ability to maintain an accurate and current inventory of all documents within Initial loan disclosure packages, Closing packages, disclosures created within the loan origination system and all custom forms
- Ability to review all Vendor document updates, Compliance communications or other changes which may impact required mortgage documentation
