Job Summary
A home products and furnishings retailer is filling a position for a Remote Home Products Customer Service Supervisor in Naperville.
Must be able to:
- Supervise CS associates, positively motivating the team to meet and/or exceed service level goals assigned
- Support team by performing all customer facing services
- Oversee the organization and delegation of Customer Support Cases
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to manage, coach and develop associates
- Excellent problem solving skills and can-do attitude
- Excellent reading and written language skills (English), good math skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough working knowledge of email, internet browsers, and Google platform
- Excellent data entry, typing and computer skills
