Job Summary

A home products and furnishings retailer is filling a position for a Remote Home Products Customer Service Supervisor in Naperville.

Must be able to:

  • Supervise CS associates, positively motivating the team to meet and/or exceed service level goals assigned
  • Support team by performing all customer facing services
  • Oversee the organization and delegation of Customer Support Cases

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to manage, coach and develop associates
  • Excellent problem solving skills and can-do attitude
  • Excellent reading and written language skills (English), good math skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough working knowledge of email, internet browsers, and Google platform
  • Excellent data entry, typing and computer skills
