Job Summary
A home security company has a current position open for a Remote Home Security Outbound Account Representative in Wichita.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls
- Deescalate customer issues and resolve account issues
- Identify at-risk accounts
Position Requirements Include:
- Some travel may be required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Technical aptitude, problem solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple items at once
- Ability to perform some basic math functions, as well as understand business metrics
