Job Summary

A home warranty and services company is seeking a Remote Home Warranty and Services Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Negotiating pricing with contractors. Informing customers of non-covered claims when applicable
  • Providing any necessary follow-up.
  • Providing technical resource knowledge for colleagues.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Knowledge of contract coverage, including systems and appliances
  • Customer service and conflict resolution
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of business unit policies and procedures
