Job Summary

A home warranty and services company has a current position open for a Remote Home Warranty Customer Service Authorizer in Bartlett.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Approving initial diagnosis of issues reported by customers
  • Authorizing repair (or replacement) of systems or appliances covered by the plan
  • Negotiating pricing with contractors

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
