A home warranty and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Home Warranty Customer Service Representative II Authorizer in Jasper.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Approving initial diagnosis of issues reported by customers
- Authorizing repair or replacement of systems or appliances covered by the plan
- Negotiating pricing with contractors
Position Requirements Include:
- Excel at de-escalating upset or frustrated customers
- High school diploma or GED
- Have strong communication skills
- Are able to effectively interpret home warranty plans, contract coverage, etc
- Have solid computer skills including having worked with Microsoft Office products
