Job Summary

A provider of home maintenance and repair services has a current position open for a Remote Homeownership Management Platform Client Experience Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting virtual home checkups on video calls with homeowners
  • Educating clients about the product ecosystem
  • Helping homeowners identify and tackle the biggest hazards around the home
