Job Summary

A hospitality company has an open position for a Remote Hospitality Customer Excellence Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain natural language processing models
  • Synthesize guest feedback and business data

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of project management experience
  • Outstanding skills in end-to-end management of the research process
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in customer insights or customer experience
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of at least one research or dashboard tools
