Job Summary
A hospitality company has an open position for a Remote Hospitality Customer Excellence Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understand and implement process improvement opportunities
- Maintain natural language processing models
- Synthesize guest feedback and business data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of project management experience
- Outstanding skills in end-to-end management of the research process
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in customer insights or customer experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of at least one research or dashboard tools
