Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote HR and Payroll Implementation Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing product and subject matter expertise to clients
  • Coordinating and performing lifecycle of assigned launch projects
  • Tracking, managing, and overseeing resolution of open project issues/items

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
  • 3-5 years’ experience implementing HRMS solutions
  • Proven experience managing implementation projects
  • Experience successfully managing project resources
  • Proven leadership within an implementation team
  • Experience in a technically oriented customer service organization
