Job Summary

A software developer has an open position for a Remote HR Business Partner .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Supporting employee development by identifying training/coaching needs for business units and individuals
Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Administer performance review cycles
Administering compensation plans, education sessions, and cycles. Partner with external vendors on market surveys

Qualifications Include:

3 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a fast growing company, having touched on the specific areas of expertise described in the Responsibilities section above
A high EQ and are a trusted partner. You advocate for creativity and unconventional thinking to drive the best decisions and results with employees and leaders alike
