Job Summary

A software developer has an open position for a Remote HR Business Partner .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting employee development by identifying training/coaching needs for business units and individuals
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Administer performance review cycles
  • Administering compensation plans, education sessions, and cycles. Partner with external vendors on market surveys

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a fast growing company, having touched on the specific areas of expertise described in the Responsibilities section above
  • A high EQ and are a trusted partner. You advocate for creativity and unconventional thinking to drive the best decisions and results with employees and leaders alike
  • Highly empathetic and customer service oriented. You enable an amazing experience for employees
