A company that provides compliance and credentialing software and services is in need of a Remote HR Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work on change management, D&I strategy, organizational design, executive coaching
- Perform global HR program execution, people manager development, culture and engagement enablement
- Drive business outcomes to deliver business results
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years as an HR Business Partner
- Prior experience partnering with Sales teams
- Experience in a high profile, strategic HR role
