Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency has a current position open for a Remote HR Call Center Associate in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering teammate questions via phone and email in a clear, concise, and timely manner
  • Handling high call volume and emails from HR related inquiries from first contact
  • Providing transactional and administrative services related to in scope HR processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Previous Call center experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exercises good judgment and discretion when accessing highly confidential data
  • Maintains knowledge of current HR policies, processes and procedures
  • Ability to assist with system que focused on email inquiries
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and grammar.
