Job Summary
A company that provides educational resources is in need of a Remote HR Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Effectively plan, design, develop, implement and evaluate human resources programs
- Develop and oversee proactive recruitment strategies aimed to attract diverse, highly qualified candidate pools
- Oversee the onboarding process to make sure that new members of the team are effectively oriented
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least seven years of relevant experience
- Leadership experience in senior human resource professional roles in an organization of substantial size and diversity
- At least 5 years of experience managing direct reports
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong professional ethics and sensitivity in dealing with confidential personnel issues
- Experience with HR software and producing a variety of reports
