Job Summary

A company offering services for restaurants is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HR Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Help manage and institute virtual company culture
• Manage federal, state and local law poster compliance
• Ensure remote employees, as well as hybrid-remote workers, have proper access to company tools, platforms and equipment

Skills and Requirements Include:

• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
• 2+ years of progressive experience in HR or operations
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
