Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote HR People Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling phone screens and interviews
- Providing administrative assistance to the People team
- Providing recruiting assistance for Operations roles
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proactive, collaborative, organized, with strong problem solving skills
- Desire to grow and gain experience within HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years Coordinator or Assistant experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR functions
